The Saleen Series VI Supercharger is the latest in sleek Saleen supercharger design for manual or automatic 2005-2009 GT Mustangs.
The Series VI features a TwinScrew design that can push up to 2300cc of air per rotation which means the supercharger can turn slower while maintaining optimum airflow and can boost the 4.6L V8's engine power up to 475 horsepower and generate up to 450lbs/ft of torque.
The compact design of the Series VI incorporates the intake manifold, blower housing and intercooler into a single unit that fits perfectly between the heads and allows for a wider intake manifold.
The shape of the intake air tube is designed for optimum airflow, while the entire housing widens and flattens out for smooth bends that provide for clean airflow.
Saleen's kit features an integrated bypass for low speeds that reduces engine heat, while optimized runners give high torque at low rpms.
Each Series VI Supercharger kit comes with a 3.87in pulley that can generate up to a 6-7psi boost, an air box top, an air inlet tube, a new Serpentine belt, 8 39lb/hr fuel injectors and all fuel lines and hoses necessary for installation.
Your Mustang's PCM needs to be calibrated by Saleen, and they include a box with prepaid overnight postage with every kit.
